Download Magnit VMS Mobile for iPhone if your company is headquartered in the Americas, Middle East, Africa, or Asia and utilizes Magnit's integrated vendor management system (VMS), Magnit VMS. This mobile application is designed to empower on-the-go managers in managing their contingent workforce, eliminating the need for desktop or laptop access. With Magnit VMS Mobile, managers can efficiently review and approve timecards, expenses, statement-of-work (SOW) billing, and other important notifications and requests. Additionally, workers can easily enter new timecards, submit expenses (including attaching snapshots of receipts using their iPhone's built-in camera), and access their historical records.

The security of your data is of utmost importance. You can log into Magnit VMS Mobile for iPhone using your Magnit VMS credentials provided by the Magnit Client Services Team. Rest assured that all data is securely accessed directly from the Magnit VMS platform, eliminating the need for syncing. Seamlessly switch between Mobile, Tablet, and Web devices, effortlessly picking up where you left off.

<li>The ability to sign in with Face ID® or Touch ID® biometric authentication is at the discretion of the company using Magnit VMS. If enabled, users who do not sign in using Face ID®/Touch ID® within a rolling 14-day window will be prompted to sign in with their password to re-enable biometric authentication as a security precaution.</li>
